A racy, fresh wine with a brilliant greenish-straw colour. Intense notes of fresh citrus fruits and floral hints on the nose. The clean acidity is well balanced with persistent minerals creating a prolonged finish. Drink as an aperitif or pairs beautifully with seafood, fish, pasta, white meat, poultry and spicy Asian cuisine.
Located in the Sub-Region of Vale do Ave, the heart of the Vinho Verde, between the cities of Oporto and Braga. Within an area of approximately 17 hectares, the vineyard has excellent features for producing high quality Vinho Verde.
The vineyards are located in loam soils, of mild texture and well drained, offering excellent sun exposure, granting its grapes a golden colour, easily reaching full maturation; hence its wines are among the best of the entire region.
In a building built from scratch, was born the Cellar, in order to house the “New Generation of Vinhos Verdes". The versatile and functional building to produce a wine with a unique and avant-garde profile.
